PHOENIX VILLAGE
BRIDGE STREET, PHOENIXVILLE, PA

Built  in 2010 on a portion of the old Phoenix Steel Company, Phoenix Village is comprised fo 275 Apartments and 20,000 square feet of retail. The project was completed in 2015 and is fully stabilized.

STEELWORKS

BRIDGE STREET, PHOENIXVILLE, PA

Steelworks is a high end mixed use multi-family project comprised of 375 Apartments and 40,000 square feet of retail. Construction is slated to begin in 2024.

THE INN OF CAPE MAY

7 OCEAN STREET, CAPE MAY, NEW JERSEY

The Inn of Cape May is one of the last Beachfront Victorian Hotels in Cape May.  The Hotel was built in 1894 and is a 52-room hotel with expansive amenities. Located in the heart of the historic district and across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, the Inn of Cape May has been a grand and gracious retreat for guests for generations.

 

We acquired the Hotel in early 2022, conducted extensive renovations and re-opened in late July of 2022.

ODESSA

FILMORE STREET, PHOENIXVILLE, PA

Odessa is located on the south side of Fillmore Road, between Bunning Road and Township Line Road, in Phoenixville, PA. It is approximately 14 acres. It is zoned Mixed Use Growth District. We have received final plan approval for 156 stacked town homes and 224 mid-rise apartments, with 9,134 s.f. of retail/amenity space. There are 775 parking spaces. We have entered into an agreement of sale for the stacked townhouse units with a national builder.

TRIESTE

PHOENIXVILLE, PA

Trieste is 15-acre parcel at the corner of Fillmore Road and Township Line Road in Phoenixville, PA. It is zoned a mixed-use growth district. Phoenixville Borough Planning Commission recently recommended approval of the preliminary/final land development plans  showing 56 standard townhouses and 69 stacked townhouse structures for 132 units. The property is under agreement with a national builder.

AVUE 

BEACH AVENUE, CAPE MAY, NJ

In 2005, we acquired the Jetty Motel. The Jetty Motel is located at the southernmost end of Cape May's beaches with commanding views of the beach, the cove, and the historic lighthouse. 

This is a redevelopment project to replace the Motel with AVUE, a modern 54 unit luxury boutique Hotel. We expect to begin construction in late 2024.

MADISON AVENUE BEACH CLUB

MADISON AVENUE, CAPE MAY, NJ

Acquired in 2007 and comprised of 42 units, the hotel underwent a comprehensive renovation and was successfully operated until it's sale in 2023.
